We had a slab leak and Josh is reliable, honest, has patience, a great communicator and helped us understand exactly what we needed and why. He helped us understand the process of what happens. He and his team were clean, fast and he even had a plumbing suggestion that has been a game changer on our little homestead. The technician ( Egan) arrived on time and went right to work removing the old one and putting in a new kitchen faucet! We have a water filter system under the sink which takes quite a lot of room, and I feel sure makes the work more challenging!
